Customize your story. We can 't change history but we can write our present and future.

Oscar Wilde makes a good point and it's also true that history repeats itself. Our ancestors have given us strength but many times they have also left without resolving painful issues. We can see how unconscious loyalties to love keep playing themselves out over and over when we look at things from a family and ancestral lens. The bonds of affection are far reaching into the past and we will take on family pain as though it were our own.

Here's an example. A mother loses her child to a house fire and was never given proper support to grieve. Another one of her children might give one of their children up for adoption. The adopted child might have numerous miscarriages or marry someone that can't have children. The bonds of affection live on in the energetic grid we were born into.

These kinds of traumatic events can be wearing on our nervous system and break down our resiliency.

Join me in my upcoming workshop to see how this works and see how these unconscious parts can be brought to light so we can make positive change.

Here are the details:

On Wed, April 20, 2022 I will be offering an online group workshop where we will be exploring the topic of resilience and where we might have fallen out of resonance with our caregivers, community or larger world.

This is an experiential workshop where individuals will look at their family dynamics with the support of the group. Each participant is free to choose if they want to actively participate or watch and listen. Everyone plays an equal role in supporting, no matter how they choose to participate and everyone receives healing due to the nature of our energetic connections to each other..
