Can you stay in your body while you feel what arises from your thoughts? Do you find yourself thinking of something that makes you feel uncomfortable only to find yourself doing the dishes or puttering around out in the shed or garage or finding another distraction? Instinctively leaving our body is actually counter intuitive but it's a reaction we learned when we were very young and might even have learned it from our care-givers because history does live on.

Helping people 'stay in' is my jam. Learning how to 'stay in' keeps us safe and helps us deepen our relationships with ourselves and others.
