Sometimes we have to feel a bit guilty to be self-actualized. It can be kind of sad but really liberating at the same time and therein lies the double bind.
Are we free to live with our own ideas, values and have our own belief systems or do we feel like we have to fit in the lines our family drew? Do we feel like we are being bad, disloyal, unsafe or disrespectful if we dare disagree with the status quo within our family?
How can we free ourselves to love and respect our family's rulebook and at the same time walk our own path honouring our own convictions?
On Thursday February 10 at 7PM MST, I will be offering a group session (constellation work) where we will be doing 'snapshots'. This way of working gives a number of individuals in the group an opportunity to look at an unconscious piece. Our theme is going to be 'What part of me yearns to be acknowledged?
