It's not personal, it's their unresolved trauma

A lack of support is typically caused by unresolved trauma from previous generations. Natural disaster, war, loss of children or partners, serious illness, accidental death or suicide, justices and abuse can leave people with an unbalanced nervous system. What that means is that their stress hormones, adrenalin and cortisol, were constantly being produced at high levels that can lead to anxiety, depression and illness including but not limited to ADHD, irritable bowel syndrome, Fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue.

These things can float in our family system and without recognition can leave us feeling unloved or unsupported when in reality that is not true at all. Often, the love is being misdirected back to the previous generation in hopes of supporting them. Their love for us is stuck in the tube, so to speak. Love is free to flow once we untangle the unconscious behaviour.

I'm always available for a call or message if you would like to learn more about the process.
