Slowing down is one of the keys to resilience. We can sort things out when we can take a look at our challenges with another person or compassionate group. We will be slowing things down in my next workshop. We will be separating what was 'then' and what is 'now. They are different. We will build new neural pathways and feel the difference in our bodies.
